Orders may be cancelled before dispatch only.
Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
Refunds may be issued only if:
Wrong product delivered
Product damaged during transit
Manufacturing defect verified
Order cancelled before dispatch
No refunds for:
Opened or used products
Incorrect orders placed by the customer
Products requiring temperature-controlled storage once shipped
Regulatory or prescription-based items (where applicable)
Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
Proof (images, batch number, invoice) may be required
Returned products must be unopened and in original packaging
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only
Returns and refunds are subject to applicable laws under:
